About the founder
Mr Krishan Sharma, a visionary leader in professional education, has over 27 years of expertise as a licensed CPA across Ohio, New Jersey, and Florida. He holds esteemed titles as a Chartered Accountant in the USA, Canada, and India, showcasing his global proficiency. Mr Sharma oversees QEBS is the parent company to Orbit, US India and Sharma Marcus & Associates LLC, ensuring excellence in education and training.
As the driving force behind Orbit Education and Business Solutions (OEBS) and its parent concerns, Orbit Institutes, US India Tax Inc., and Sharma Marcus & Associates LLC, Mr. Sharma has built a legacy of excellence in education, consulting, and professional development.
Based in the United States, he also holds a US securities license and brings a strong background in audit, taxation, finance, and investment. Before founding OEBS, he served as a Senior Auditor with the State and Federal Government of Canada for eight years and later established his own commodities tax consulting practice.
